When Jonah Hale comes to Paul Madriani with a desperate problem, Paul knows his dream of a quiet life in San Diego must go on hold. Jonah's granddaughter Amanda is missing, snatched by her drug-addict mother with the help of the charismatic feminist leader Zolanda 'Zo' Suade.
